Our teas are created to experience a delectable tea experience, as such we can not provide you with medical consultaion for pregnant and breastfeeding women. You should consult your doctors who can guide you with the selectioin you can consume.

We provide you with a list of all the ingredients on the packaging. Some of them contain allergens. Incase you are sensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned on the product, refrain from using the product and consult your doctor.

Our teas have traces of carbohydrates and sugars that are naturally present. There are no added sugar and carbohydrates. Please check the nutritional value of the tea on the packaging that will help you assess the calories, if any.

Black, Green, white,and oolong teas all contain various levels of caffeine. It would be difficult to determine the exact amount of caffeine. However, in the table below we are providing you with average caffeine found in different teas. All our tisanes and herbal teas do not contain caffeine naturally. Please note that this chart is intended as a guide only.

White tea / 6 – 25mg

This depends on the type of tea one is consuming. There are a lot of factors to be considered when determining the caffeine content in a cup of tea - water temperature and steeping time. Only a generalisation is possible as it is very difficult to estimate the quantity of caffeine in a cup of tea. As per the genralisation derived by us a caffeine free tea contains - 1 mg of caffeine per cup, Low caffeine is 1-35 mg in a cup, Medium caffeine us 35-50 mg in a cup and High caffeine is 50-90 mg in a cup.

We do not use any kind of additives and synthetic flavours as we believe in producing natural teas, a fresh #plucktocup experience.

Natural flavouring uses the raw ingridient in the making process where as, artificial flavouring uses only synthetics to create the desired flavour.

Yes, absolutely. As the packaged does not contain dairy in it. However, some contamination may occur in the garden.

Yes, they are gluten free. However, they do not come with a gluten free certification. Tea plant (Camellia Sinensis) does not contain gluten but one can expect some contamination in the supply from the garden.

We are committed to providing a fresh tea experience that is also justifiable for the growers. Hence, we source directly from the garden, avoiding any middlemen. However, we are not fairtrade certified.

We are committed to providing our customers with premium quality productd and respond to all quality issues with the full attention they deserve. If you have purchased a product and it is faulty or contaminated in some way, please send an email to and include the name of the product, where it was purchased from, as well as a picture of the barcode and/or product. Shipping FAQ

The order is dispatched in 1-3 working days. All orders are disptached only after payment approval and stock confirmation is given. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually shipped the same day while orders placed post 1 pm, are usually shipped on the next working day. Orders placed on a holiday or Sunday are dispatched on the following working day.

You can return your order only when you have you received a damaged or wrong order. Once, the prodcut has been opened, it can not be returned. The product has to be returned in the condition it was received. Please read our return policy for more detail.

Products FAQ

We are committed to provding our customers with a fresh tea experience. Once the teas arrive from the gardens, we store them in an odourless, cool and dry place. Then, we clean and vaccum pack our teas to ensure that there is no contamination. This ensures preserving the quality for one of the freshest #plucktocup Experience.

You should store it in an air tight box/ Jar in a cool and dry place, away from any strong smell.

Is it safe to drink tea after its been expired? A- All our teas have an expiry date and we recommend that they should be consumed before that for a good quality tea experience.

We source our teas directly from the garden as and when it is produced. As it reaches our facility we further process , clean and hand pack it in a dehumidified condition inside a high barrier pouches . We then store them in vaccum pack in our cold storage units at our facility and dispatch it to our concumers direct to bring you the freshest and the finest Tea Experience.
