  • Are there teas I should avoid while pregnant and breastfeeding?

    Our teas are created to experience a delectable tea experience, as such we can not provide you with medical consultation for pregnant and breastfeeding women. You should consult your doctors who can guide you with the selection you can consume.

  • Where can i find a complete list of ingredients and more info about allergies?

    We provide you with a list of all the ingredients on the packaging. Some of them contain allergens. In case you are sensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned on the product, refrain from using the product and consult your doctor.

  • Do your teas contain any sugar or calories?

    Our teas have traces of carbohydrates and sugars that are naturally present. There are no added sugar and carbohydrates. Please check the nutritional value of the tea on the packaging that will help you assess the calories, if any.

  • Does Danta Herbs tea contains Caffeine?

    Black, Green, white,and oolong teas all contain various levels of caffeine. It would be difficult to determine the exact amount of caffeine. However, in the table below we are providing you with average caffeine found in different teas. All our tisane and herbal teas do not contain caffeine naturally. Please note that this chart is intended as a guide only. Black tea / 25 – 90mg Oolong tea / 12-55mg Green tea / 8 – 36mg White tea / 6 – 25mg Coffee / 50 – 170mg

  • How much caffeine is there in a cup?

    This depends on the type of tea one is consuming. There are a lot of factors to be considered when determining the caffeine content in a cup of tea - water temperature and steeping time. Only a generalization is possible as it is very difficult to estimate the quantity of caffeine in a cup of tea. As per the generalization derived by us a caffeine free tea contains - 1 mg of caffeine per cup, Low caffeine is 1-35 mg in a cup, Medium caffeine us 35-50 mg in a cup and High caffeine is 50-90 mg in a cup.

  • Do you carry organic tea?

    We travel in search for the best for our customers and take pride in the integrity of our suppliers. We have a small but quality selection of organic teas and tisanes.

  • Do you have any artificial flavoring or synthetic substance in you teas?

    We do not use any kind of additives and synthetic flavours as we believe in producing natural teas, a fresh #plucktocup experience.

  • What is the difference between natural and artificial flavouring?

    Natural flavouring uses the raw ingredient in the making process whereas, artificial flavouring uses only synthetics to create the desired flavour.

  • Are your teas suitable for vegans?

    Yes, absolutely. As the packaged does not contain dairy in it. However, some contamination may occur in the garden.

  • Are your teas gluten free?

    Yes, they are gluten free. However, they do not come with a gluten free certification. Tea plant (Camellia Sinensis) does not contain gluten but one can expect some contamination in the supply from the garden.

  • Are your teas fairtrade?

    We are committed to providing a fresh tea experience that is also justifiable for the growers. Hence, we source directly from the garden, avoiding any middlemen. However, we are not fairtrade certified.

  • How much tea should I use per cup?

    For a hot brew we recommend using 2g per 150ml cup and for a cold brew we recommend using 5G per 400ml glass full. For further details on brewing process, please check out our brewing guide HERE

  • There is a problem with the quantity of my tea. What should i do?

    We are committed to providing our customers with premium quality products and respond to all quality issues with the full attention they deserve. If you have purchased a product and it is faulty or contaminated in some way, please send an email to info@dantaherbs.com and include the name of the product, where it was purchased from, as well as a picture of the barcode and/or product. Our quality team will use this information to investigate further and ensure we resolve the issue in the best possible way for you.

  • How long does it take Danta Herbs to ship out the products once the order is confirmed?

    The order is dispatched in 1-3 working days. All orders are dispatched only after payment approval and stock confirmation is given. Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually shipped the same day while orders placed post 1 pm, are usually shipped on the next working day. Orders placed on a holiday or Sunday are dispatched on the following working day.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    We try that shipping does not come in your way to experience our delightful array of teas. For which we keep our shipping simple and low. Order placed above 75$ is free shipping all over the world. To get an estimate of the fee, please calculate the shipping cost here (link).

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do. We try to make our product reachable to anyone staying anywhere around the world from the source.

  • What if I change my address?

    Please go to your account on our website and simply add or edit address (link to address edit page)

  • What payment type do you accept?

  • How can I track my shipment?

    When your order is placed and confirmed. We will send you a confirmation mail with your dispatch details. You can enter the details on the carrier's website and track your order.

  • I have placed my order but my shipping details are incorrect. How can I change my shipping details?

    Once the order has been dispatched, the address cannot be altered or changed. We recommend you do the address change prior or during your order placement. And if at all the order address is incorrect please contact Sale@dantaherbs.com and we will assist you.

    No, you can make a purchase using the Guest Account. You will be required to share your valid email id and correct postal address with contact information. However, we highly recommend that you get one for your ease and a comfortable shopping experience. This will also help us keep you posted with our offers and deals.

  • I can't remember my password. How do i get a new one?

    You can go on to the login/register page and click on I have forgotten my password. A link will be emailed to your registered email id, that will help you change the password. If the problem still persists, email us at sales@dantaherbs.com.

  • How do I know my order has been confirmed?

    We send a confirmation email to your registered email id once we confirm your order with us.

  • How do I cancel my order ?

    You can cancel your order as long as we have not sent you a confirmation, or that the order has not been dispatched from our facility. Once the order is dispatched from our facility, you can not cancel the order. To cancel the order, simply go to your account and cancel the order. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation.   • How do I return my order ?

    You can return your order only when you have received a damaged or wrong order. Once, the product has been opened, it can not be returned. The product has to be returned in the condition it was received. Please read our return policy for more detail.

  • I have received wrong item. What should I do now?

    You can inform us of the same and request a return. Please note that if the product has been opened, it can not be returned. Please go through our return policy for more detail.

  • I purchased the tea online and I don't like the flavour. Can I return it?

    No, since we maintain a high level of hygiene and care for the product. It won't be possible to accept returns once the product has been opened.   • I can't find a product/ the product I am looking for is out of stock. Can I back order an item?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept backorders for out of stock items. You can always email us for information. However, we can't guarantee if the stock will be available, but if it does will update you about it over email

  • I am having trouble placing an order. Who can help me?

  • Can I change my order once placed?

  • How are teas packed?

    We are committed to providing our customers with a fresh tea experience. Once the teas arrive from the gardens, we store them in an odourless, cool and dry place. Then, we clean and vacuum pack our teas to ensure that there is no contamination. This ensures preserving the quality for one of the freshest #plucktocup Experience.

  • How should I store my teas?

    You should store it in an airtight box/ Jar in a cool and dry place, away from any strong smell.

  • How long does tea stays fresh?

    All our teas have an expiry date and we recommend that they should be consumed before that for a good quality tea experience.

  • How does Danta Herbs ensure the freshness of its wholesale packages?

    We source our teas directly from the garden as and when it is produced. As it reaches our facility we further process, clean and hand pack it in a dehumidified condition, inside high barrier pouches. We then store them in vacuum packages in our cold storage units at our facility and dispatch it to our consumers direct to bring you the freshest and the finest Tea Experience.

SHIPPING

 

We Prioritise on shipping your orders as soon as possible with your chosen delivery option. All orders are generally dispatched within 24-48 working hours of being placed. Orders received before 12 P.M. IST (Indian Standard Time) are generally dispatched on the same business day. Whereas, orders received post that are shipped the next business day.

To cancel your order, send us an email to sales@dantaherbs.com with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly.

1) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international shipping, We work primarily with FedEx, EMS (India Post) and Air Mail to deliver our teas worldwide. Express service of FedEx takes around 5-7 working days for delivery, EMS Speed Post takes around 12-24 working days for delivery & Air Mail takes around 15-28 working days for delivery.

2) DOMESTIC SHIPPING

For shipping to destinations within India, we work with  FEDEX and DTDC couriers for express shipping and EMS Speed Post & Air Mail by India Post with a slightly longer delivery timeline but a better price point.

 Important Notice :

  • Our International delivery partner FedEx does not deliver orders on Saturday or Sundays.
  • It has come to our notice that the Customs Department in Qatar, Italy, Spain, Costa-Rica and Czech Republic may have begun charging an additional amount as Custom Clearance fee. We at Danta Herbs try our best to work with the customs clearance departments of different countries to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these specific cases, the additional charge will have to be borne by the customer.
  • we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Cancellation and Returns policy

 

This Cancellation and Returns policy applies to all product sold directly by Danta Herbs Pvt. Ltd and/or our subsidiaries.
We strive to provide a pleasant and comfortable shopping experience and pay attention to customer service with each order we receive.

The customer may cancel the order if he/she wishes to. However, the order can not be cancelled once the order has been dispatched. If, for any other reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, please mail us at sales@dantaherbs.com.

If you happen to receive a damaged tea ware or gift box, you can raise a returns and replacement query by sending an email to sales@dantaherbs.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition.

Products acknowledged as 'damaged' or 'defective' we will request you to return the purchased item and initiate the refund and will also reimburse the courier/freight charges you had incurred to return.
*Please note that items purchased through special promotion, sales, or clearance are final sales, and therefore not eligible for returns or exchange.*

Once a refund is approved by Danta Herbs, it will be initiated through a NEFT/Bank Transfer within 30 days.
